We bring professional audiology care directly to you — whether that's your home, workplace, aged care facility, or community venue. Our mobile unit is fully equipped to provide the same high-quality services you'd receive in a traditional clinic setting.

Travel Fees

Mobile service travel fees start from $15 and vary based on your location and distance from our Mickleham base. Travel fees are in addition to your selected service fee and will be confirmed when you book your appointment.

All mobile appointments require a non-refundable deposit or credit card details stored securely.

Mobile Service Requirements

To ensure a safe and effective appointment, we require:

Safe and appropriate access to the location
A quiet, well-lit space for the assessment or procedure
Restrained pets during the appointment
A safe environment free from hazards

All mobile appointments are attended by two staff members for your safety and ours. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or decline appointments if the environment is deemed unsafe.
