These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, whether you visit our clinic, schedule a home or business visit via our mobile unit, or engage with us online. By accessing our services, booking appointments, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services Provided
NeuroBalance Audiology provides specialised audiology services, including but not limited to:
- Audiological diagnostics
- Vestibular testing and balance assessments
- Ear wax removal and management
- Hearing and balance health consultations
We do not provide or sell hearing aids, devices, or any related products. Our focus is on diagnostic and ear care services.
Appointments and Bookings
Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or by email. Mobile unit visits are subject to availability based on location and scheduling. We recommend confirming your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid delays.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Patients who miss an appointment without prior notice may be charged a fee. Fees for missed or late-cancelled appointments will be outlined at the time of booking.
Payment Terms
Payments for services are due at the time of the appointment unless prior arrangements are made. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, and other electronic payment methods. Insurance may be accepted depending on your plan and coverage. Please verify with us before booking.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We are committed to safeguarding your personal and medical information and comply with all applicable privacy regulations.
Mobile Unit Services
Patients must ensure that access to the location is safe and appropriate. NeuroBalance Audiology is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate facilities or safety concerns.
Health and Safety
Our clinicians follow all necessary procedures to ensure patient wellbeing. Patients are required to follow safety guidelines provided before or after appointments.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantee regarding the results of services provided. We are not responsible for unforeseen health complications, delays, or outcomes. Seek medical advice for conditions outside our scope.
Identification Requirements
All clients must present valid identification at the time of appointment. Bookings will not be accepted without ID.
Mobile Appointment Conditions
All mobile appointments are attended by two staff members. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or decline if the environment is unsafe. This includes unrestrained animals, hazardous conditions, or aggressive behaviour. All mobile appointments require a non-refundable deposit or credit card details stored securely. Deposits apply to your appointment fee but are forfeited if cancelled within 24 hours.
Disclaimer of Warranties
While every effort is made to provide accurate assessments and recommendations, no diagnosis is guaranteed to be 100% accurate or exhaustive. Conditions may require referral. You release and indemnify NeuroBalance Audiology from claims related to misinterpretation, delayed referrals, misdiagnosis, or outcomes from services. Participation in services is voluntary and not a substitute for urgent medical care.
Educational Workshops and Seminars
Educational sessions require a completed booking form and signed agreement. Travel fees or deposits may apply. Content is tailored to your audience.
Injury and Medical Conditions
In the event of injury, harm, or exacerbation of symptoms during or after service, NeuroBalance Audiology is not liable. All known medical conditions must be declared before treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse outcomes or discontinuation of service.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including:
- Appointment deposits
- Completed consultations
- Educational content or session bookings
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or service discontinuation due to non-disclosure or safety issues.
